Contest Preparation


The fact that someone is looking to improve their body composition makes them a bodybuilder by definition, the only difference is how far we choose to take it as individuals. One major difference however is the meticulous planning and preparation that goes into a goal of hitting the stage. 

A minimum of 20 weeks is required for a contest preparation assuming that you are already in good condition and depending on which category you are competing in.

Each contest preparation differs for every individual however this tends to be broken up into 5 phases each consisting of 4 - 5 weeks. 

Over each phase we meticulously tack body composition and data to make informed diet and training adjustments. This gives us a tangible result to base intelligent decisions off of. 

 Our philosophy is quite simple really.... It is to focus on building the body you want rather than wasting away the body you hate. Therefore our diets involve lots of food, no starvation, increased performance and vitality as well as rapid improvements in body composition. This ensures that you're hitting the stage both looking and feeling your absolute best!
